Yes. You can adjust or disable personalisation at any time in your account settings. You can also request human review of any automated recommendation by contacting privacy@vinoraai.wine.

Vinora itself doesn't sell or ship wine. When you find a wine you like, clicking "Buy" or "Shop this wine" will take you to our retail partner, Laithwaites, where you can complete your purchase.
Delivery regions, costs, and timeframes are all set by Laithwaites, as they handle order fulfilment and shipping. Please check the Laithwaites website at checkout for current details.
Laithwaites requires an adult of legal drinking age to be available to receive and sign for alcohol deliveries, and their couriers may request ID on delivery. Please refer to Laithwaites' delivery information for full details.
